Scottish PR Agency helping clients climb to the top of the property ladder

Scottish public relations agency help clients win at the property gameWHETHER it’s a taking a turn on the Monopoly board or managing the move to a dream new home, we’ve all played the property game.

At our Scottish PR agency, we work with varied property PR clients  securing headlines across the media for well over a decade – and we’ve just enjoyed a particularly successful few weeks on the property front.

So we wanted to share a snapshot of the past two months to highlight what makes us winners in the property PR game and what that delivers for our varied clients.

When it comes to bricks and mortar, we are trusted property PR experts,  having worked with land agents and industry leaders  in estate agency, conveyancing, letting, housebuilding, construction, home emergency and energy efficiency.

PR services have to deliver measurable results. We’ve proved to clients how exposure for a property in a respected newspaper like The Scotsman or Sunday Times Home can help the owners to put up the ‘Sold’ sign.

Or how media coverage on hot button issues can help them stand out in a crowded market place by establishing them as trusted, experts.

That kind of coverage doesn’t come easy – it’s about finding the angles that will make that property stand out from the scores that get sent to the property media. It’s also about cultivating and forging long-lasting professional relationships with key media that are centred on mutual respect.

Our expertise goes beyond packaging showstopping homes to feature in property supplements.Property is likely to be an individual’s biggest expense in their lifetime, so people want to know they are getting sound advice and guidance.

That’s why we work so hard with our property clients conceiving and planning thought pieces and knowledge articles that highlight emerging trends or provide insightful analysis.

While we’ve a lengthy track record for delivering excellent results for our property clients, the past two months – December 2014 and January 2015 – have seen us hit new levels of success.

But we don’t just expect you to take our word for it – so here’s how we’ve been helping our property Clients CALA Homes (East), Bell Ingram, Warners Solicitors and Estate Agents and Gilson Gray and take up residency in the press over the last two months.

CALA HOMES ENJOY PR IN SCOTLAND

PR Agency helping property clients gain success in the mediaCALA Homes, one of the UK’s most upmarket major home builders, has been working with our award winning PR agency in Edinburgh  for the past nine months after choosing our public relations services to help tell their success stories to the world.

In January The Herald included CALA’s luxury Cumberland show home at Trinity Park in Edinburgh in a double page spread, headlined, “The new homes open for business”.

As part of the Metro’s “Get fit for the New Year” feature they included a piece on the CALA Homes development at Fairmilehead in the south of Edinburgh. And The Scotsman spotlighted the new Dalmeny Park development in South Queensferry as the new professional hot spot and ideal location for commuters.

PUBLIC RELATIONS FOR BELL INGRAM

Our contract with leading Perth-based agents, Bell Ingram, is well into its fifth year, fuelled by our unerring success in showcasing its varied and interesting property portfolio.

With bases across Scotland, and a discerning client base, Bell Ingram specialises in traditional and very often, quirky, properties – everything from Highland estates to refurbished lighthouses.

Bell Ingram’s hotline to our  property PR team means we respond quickly to seek out the interesting stories to grab the attention of the UK’s top property press. While our hit rate for coverage runs in the 100s, the last two months have been a soaraway success.

Scottish Public relations agency help property giant take over Scottish PressAlready in January, we have seen Bell Ingram’s ‘ultimate writers retreat’ property in Orkney make it into The Times Bricks and Mortar property supplement which has a readership of 1.2 million people.

Bell Ingram’s quirky Skipness properties, two properties side by side up for sale in Tarbert, Argyllshire, also featured in the Press and Journal.

The excellent coverage for January hasn’t stopped there as Bell Ingram hit the headlines with their property predictions for 2015, their venture with new property search service, onthemarket.com, and their latest new appointment of Clayton McGuiness, an Estate Agent boasting 28 years of experience in the property industry.

WARNERS BENEFIT FROM PR EXPERTISE

Edinburgh PR agency help Edinburgh's leading solicitor and estate agent take over the headlineThe public relations experts at Holyrood PR are skilled in helping to position our clients as experts in their sector.

As part of our 10-year-long relationship with Warners, we’ve worked closely with their senior Partners to spot opportunities to underline their knowledge and expertise. The thought process is simple: By projecting Warners as key commentators it reinforces the confidence that clients and potential clients have in them.

In December, we scored coverage in Edinburgh Evening News on an analysis by Warners of the impact the Referendum hangover had brought to the property market and how buyers were signing up to secure houses up to Christmas Eve.

While a detailed assessment of how Edinburgh’s property market will shape up in 2015 won headlines in the Sunday Times and Evening News.Edinburgh public relations agency secure sponsorship deal for leading solicitors and estate agents

As well as providing expert PR services, we were instrumental in spotting a sponsorship opportunity for Warners with the newly launched channel STV Edinburgh.

We brought together the firm’s senior people with executives from STV which resulted in Warner’s becoming the sponsor of the channel’s flagship programme, The Fountainbridge Show. Both parties are delighted with the opportunities created by the deal – which you can read about in our media release.
