Divino Enoteca has received a major boost to its PR in Scotland after being featured in one of the restaurant trade’s biggest specialist publications.
The wine venue was quoted in the latest issue of Scottish Licensed Trade News as part of a feature about the seasonal wine trends expected this Christmas.
Divino Enoteca owner Tony Crolla told the publication that the Scotland-wide trend for Pinot Grigio was unlikely to be seen at his venue this Christmas – as it only stocked one variety of the wine. He added that he wanted to educate drinkers about the benefit of other wine types, rather than “bland” varieties of Pinot Grigio.
