Leading estate agents in Edinburgh celebrate media coverage – Property PR
Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has received new pieces of high-profile media coverage thanks to Holyrood PR PR in Scotland.
Warners was featured in leading property blog My First Home, which reported on how the firm believes that fixer-upper properties are becoming less popular due to the credit crunch.
The firm, which has been the number one property solicitor in Edinburgh for the past decade, believed that investors and homebuyers are being put off the idea of purchasing a fixer-upper property due to the added expense of improving it. Estate agency partner Scott Brown added that, as banks have tightened up their criteria for approving mortgages, would-be buyers are preferring to choose properties that only require minor cosmetic upgrading.
Warners solicitors and estate agents has been celebrating after securing a new piece of coverage in a leading legal news publication.
Scottish Legal News ran a story about Warners’ reaction to the latest interest rate decision – where the Bank of England decided to freeze rates at 0.5% for a fourth consecutive month.
Scott Brown, estate agency partner at Warners, said that the move would bring stability to the Scottish property market. He added that the decision “also sends out a message to buyers that rates are now at their all-time low and are unlikely to fall any further, so if you are considering moving along the property chain, there is no point in waiting for a better deal to come along.”
The full coverage appeared in Scottish Legal News and came as the result of a pro-active media push by Holyrood PR PR in Edinburgh.
Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor has been celebrating after achieving a prestigious slot in the Scotsman’s property section.
