Paul McLeodWater Engineering Firm gains coverage from Institute of Water.com after raising £350 for charity

Paul Henderson, the Sales and Marketing Director for the water engineering Firm Panton McLeod raised £350 for a 185 mile cycle ride on the Reivers Trail for the Bubble Foundation.

A team of seven completed the route, which took three days to complete.  This was Paul’s first charity cycling event, though he is an avid recreational cyclist. He chose Bubble foundation, which works to save the lives of babies and children born without an immune system.

Paul explained why he chose this charity in particular: “I chose the Bubble Foundation as other family members have previously chosen to raise funds for the charity, I suppose they have become the family’s nominated charity, they carry out amazing work which helps families from all over the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.

“The generosity of our family and friends has been fantastic so a huge thank you goes out to those who supported us. I really enjoyed the challenge and have already started thinking about the next challenge.”

Paul and his teammates are still receiving donations and aim to raise £850 total.

Panton McLeod is one of the UK’s leading experts in the water sector and offers a range of services including cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting and repairing drinking water storage structures for some of the UK’s biggest water companies.

This coverage can be viewed in full on the Institute of Water website and was achieved as part of the ongoing PR campaign by the Holyrood PR on behalf of Panton McLeod.
