Water Battle Reaches Boiling Point Thanks to PR in Scotland

The Daily Dust new site, which is dedicated to cheerful, happy and amusing news, has dubbed the big vote, “Water Idol”.
Restaurant owner Tony Crolla said regular patrons and staff were split over whether they should serve up jugs of Scottish tap water – or expensive bottled water from his Italian homeland.
So he has launched an online poll, which will let the public decide.

The coverage is the latest in a long list of positive headlines garnered for Vittoria and sister restaurant La Favorita in Edinburgh.
Both restaurant brands use Scottish public relations agency Holyrood Partnership for expert handling of their media profile.
