Edinburgh’s number one property solicitor Warners has been celebrating after securing coverage in Scotland’s top independent law journal, The Firm.

The magazine ran a feature about Warners recent sales figures from the past month – which have seen property sales double at the firm compared to their lows from January and February.

Warners has also experienced consecutive weeks where property sales were in double figures, which is the first time in 2009 that this has happened. The new figures have now sparked fresh optimism that the Scottish property market is showing the first signs of recovery.
