New PR in Scotland for Edinburgh’s top property solicitor
The Capital’s leading solicitor estate agent has been featured in The Scotsman after revealing its latest piece of analysis about the country’s property market.
Warners told the national newspaper that Scotland was currently experiencing an explosion of “reluctant renters” who were likely to help revitalise the property market in the coming years.
Estate agency partner Scott Brown said that many of these people are currently renting properties because they cannot afford to buy a home of their own and are saving up the necessary deposit to put down on their first flat. He added that the situation was akin to the conditions witnessed in Scotland before the property boomn – where people had to rent while they saved for a deposit – and said that these people would be the key to Scotland’s future proeprty market activity in the next two years.
The full coverage can be viewed on the Scotsman website and was the result of a sustained PR in Scotland campaign carried out by Edinburgh public relations experts the Holyrood PR.
