Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has been celebrating after securing another high profile piece of coverage in the property press.
Influential online magazine Property Drum, which is read by senior figures in the UK’s housing industry, ran a story about changes that Warners predicted for the Scottish property market in the coming years.
The firm said that it did not expect offers over prices to make a return in the near future, due to the introduction of Home Report legislation in Scotland. Estate agency partner Scott Brown said valuations included in the reports mean that buyers will be unwilling to pay huge offers over premiums on properties.
The full coverage can be seen on the Property Drum website and was the result of a Scottish PR campaign by Holyrood PR.
