CALA Homes’ Ten Brunswick Road Captured by Drone Filming Expert

WITH CALA Homes (East)’s city centre development a sell-out success, our videographer commemorated the luxury homes in an expertly shot PR video.

Using a Phantom 4 Drone, we were able to create a skilfully filmed video of the development, highlighting the seamless nature in which the brownfield development of 132 private apartments blends with the neighbouring block of 43 mid-market affordable homes.

Text is imposed over the video, providing more information on both the sold-out private apartments and the neighbouring block of tenure blind affordable homes handed over to Port of Leith Housing Association in December 2018.

The panoramic footage showcases Ten Brunswick Road’s prime location in the heart of Edinburgh, ending with the development fading into CALA’s recognised branding.
