Rocketing off the tracks first is our latest project client, Assenta LTD which transformed a rusting rail carriage into one steeped in hand-built Edwardian-style luxury. The engineering business, owned by Nigel Woolford, has kept the Royal Scotsman running for the past 20 years, Now it is wowing guests with a new carriage, the first to be added since the mid 90s. The painstaking refurbishment took two years and cost £750,000

Elsewhere we’ve reeled in a fine catch of coverage this week for client Meridian Salmon Group, which has just netted planning approval for a £1.2million innovative feeding barge , to support its farming operations on Orkney. The firm has also ensured Scottish swimmer Rachael O’Donnell is in the pink by awarding her annual sponsorship, and the tradition of a charity angling competition has been protected thanks to the firm’s generous donation of time, employees and funds.

Now it’s all the way across the Atlantic to the Big Apple where a troupe of Edinburgh College dance students were given a taste of international performance for NYC Tartan Week. They made such an impression they’ve already been invited back – watch this space.
