Jason Ashton, who works for First Call a home emergency assitance firm, found himself fixing a leak in a elderly mans catheter. Jason was called to fix a suspected flood at midnight and after realising the source of the problem he selflessley fixed it and ensured he cleaned up the man and his property. Now that’s what you call great customer service.

Now for anyone looking to either buy or rent we have some exclusive tips on the property market from two of our longest standing clients, Warners and Citylets. Citylets, the UK’s leading rental portal revealed that Edinburgh has stolen the crown from Aberdeen as the most expensive place to rent in Scotland. Edinburgh’s West End is now the most expensive area in the country to rent.

If you are looking to buy there is some positive news ahead for the property market. Scott Brown of Warners Estate Agents in the capital believes that their will be confidence amongst buyers this year as the econmic conditions improve.
