This week’s episode of Holyrood PR TV is preseented by our Account Manager Laura Berry and kicks off with not one but two pieces of good news for the Holyrood PR team.

The first came when our director Scott Douglas was asked to give his expertise on the PR fallout surrounding Claire’s Accessories who were very publically exposed for copying the designs of hand made jeweler Tatty Devine. Scott was approached by U.S based Ragan.com the world’s leading news site for PR and communications professionals and Scott gives us a brief explanation about the article.

Holyrood PR are also pleased to anounce that we have been appointed to handle PR for Banks Group. The team will now work on various renewable energy projects as part of the Hamilton-based frim’s Banks Renewables division and we will be keeping you posted with the latest updates via our website and social media pages.

In our round up of the week’s best coverage, there is more good news for UWI Technologu who featured in last week’s episode after it hit the headlines in Scotalnd on Sunday’s business pages, with news of its new non executive Douglas Cribbes.

Citylets, who provide Scotland’s most comprehensive rental data report, found themselves in The Scotsman’s personal finance pages after we issues a release about Glasgow being the cheapest place in Scotland to rent. The data report which is produced every quarter is now in its fifth year and has been widley quoted in the media.

Elsewhere Edinburgh’s Telford College were featured on STV local’s Edinburgh news site after it took home a top award at Scotland’s Colleges Marketing Awards last week. The college impressed judges with its Telford Festival the first of its kind in Scotland to truly showcase students talents.
