Holyrood PR TV Episode 41

This week’s episode of HPRTV is chock full of what we’ve been up to this week – not only have we been busy smashing pumpkins, but our clients have kept us busy with new premises and live music festivals.

Something fishy is happening in Rosyth just now and no its nothing supernatural or even Halloween related – it’s the launch of new salmon processing plant, which will provide a major boost for the local area. Meridian Salmon Group announced plans for the state of the art centre last year and has been able to quantify this with news this week, that once opened, the new facility will create 200-300 jobs in the region – news which caught the attention of the Dunfermline Press.

And its not just salmon which are expected to wash up on Fife this year, as over 40 live music acts prepare to descent on Dunfermline to take part in a special live music festival in December. Visitors will be treated to a range of music acts appearing everywhere from phone boxes to Mcdonalds. Shed 7 and the Rezillos are among the acts lined up to perform and more information about the event can be found at www.connectingwithyou.co.uk

If you’re hungry after that little lot, then get yourself down to Gaia – a deliciously cosy Sicilian eatery on Leith Walk in Edinburgh. A family run delicatessen with hand made pastries and desserts and a tasty range of sandwiches, pastas and hearty soups to take away.

In fact this place is so good – the Holyrood PR team will be having its Christmas celebrations here after being wowed by the food and service at our Director Raymond’s 50th birthday celebrations earlier this year. So whether you’re in Leith or not – we’d definitely recommend this delicious food spot.

That’s it for this week – fish, music and Sicilian food – the perfect way to kick start the month. If you want to keep up to date with the latest news and updates from the team then visit our website www.holyroodpr.co.uk or follow us on twitter, facebook, linkedin and google plus.
