HAVING extended the services that our renowned videography team provide to include drone filming, we were tasked with helping promote a retirement housing development in Montrose, Angus, for long-term care PR client, BIELD.

The development offers spacious properties ideal for people aged 50 years and over who wish to retain their independence but want to leave the worries of repairs and looking after the gardens to someone else.

The development is 2 storeys high and consists of 31 properties. All properties are fully self-contained, each having a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom whilst the studio flats have a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Sounds pretty amazing, right?

Our task was to then help communicate these properties to the world. We chose to do this by promoting the area of Montrose by capturing it from the skies – fully allowing any prospective resident the chance to see exactly where they would be homed and what the local ammenities were.

As you can see from the video, the development is not too far away from Montrose Beach, Montrose Cricket & Rugby Club or Montrose Football Stadium, to name but only a few.

Capturing these images from above adds a completely new dimension to the property and, as it is regarded as a new and innovative marketing technique, interest in the video peaks, helping to get more eyeballs looking at the content.
