Holyrood is our name, getting coverage is our game – It’s Limerick Week

Our weekly round-up of public relations results feature three of our clients. Chris presents this video with a jaunty limerick, straight off the cuff.

Our Video team joined Officers from Invest in Perth and nine Perth Businesses to promote all that Perth has to offer the Renewable Sector

Invest in Perth has been thinking outside the box to encourage renewable investment into Perth and Kinross. They invited  eight Perth-based businesses to promote all that Perth has to offer to the renewable and energy sector at the hugely influential All Energy Show at the SECC in Glasgow.

Our video team were on hand to support the group’s efforts at the show, whilst capturing the buzz and atmosphere of the event and how Perth is best suited to anyone thinking about investing into the city.

Excellent coverage was gained in print and online with the Herald and the Courier, as well as on the influential BQ website and newsletter, great outlets for business and the perfect audience for our client to reach out to.

Catering experts Sodexo Prestige made big news in the right places, with coverage in Incentive Travel, across the Scottish Business News Network, Cost Sector Catering online and Venues.org.

But it was the inspirational tale of the new General Manager at Pittodrie Stadium which grabbed the strongest feature, in The Aberdeen Press and Journal. Kenny Garden started working at the home of the dons, selling pies when he was just 16. Now his impressive rise to the top serves to highlight Sodexo Prestige as an Investor in People.

A team from Blackwood, nicknamed "The Blackwood Bauchles" are raising money for Foundation Scotland by walking the West Highland Way in twenty-four hours.

Next to land a wave of coverage success was leading housing and care provider, Blackwood, who are embarking on a new adventure this spring in order to raise money for a fantastic cause.

The “Blackwood Bauchles” will be raising money for Foundation Scotland as they cover a whopping 54 miles along the West Highland Way – within just 24 hours.

The story was a rave success with the care press – scoring features on Homecare Online, Care and Nursing Essentials, Scottish Housing News, The Carer, Housing Scotland Today and Care Industry News.

All the best on The Caledonian Challenge in June from everyone here at Holyrood.
