This week we’ve got some spooky creations just in time for Halloween, a video about a unique “Come Dine With Me” evening service and some cracking coverage for one of our catering and hospitality clients.

First up is our returning client Cuckoo’s Bakery who has unveiled a range of ghoulish cupcakes, designed to terror and delight its customers. Brave cake lovers are being offered a range of creepy cakes, each with its own tale of mystery, deception and murder behind them, helping to create a bit of fun just in time for Halloween. With six tasty flavours and terrifying murders to choose from, the cupcakes will make the perfect addition to any Halloween party.

Capture Media, our in house video team, has been producing a video for Bield’s new service called Mary’s Kitchen. The video was produced to showcase the “Come Dine With Me” themed evenings –  launched to help people with dementia and their carers enjoy the experience of eating out together. Staff at Bield’s Whitehill Court in Kirkintilloch  set up the service where carers and people who use service can come and eat a 3 course restaurant quality meal in the development’s dining room.

And finally, a former economics graduate turned chef has won himself an exciting new role with our catering client, Sodexo Prestige. Tom Beauchamp has joined the award winning catering division of Sodexo as an event development chef.  Sodexo also hit the headlines again with news of its company-wide Scottish culinary event where employees were invited to compete in over 15 master classes. Including everything from jam and preserve making to canapé creation and afternoon tea, the event was held to demonstrate the high level of skills they have.
