Pub and restaurant PR experts animate lively launch night of Edinburgh’s new eatery
WHEN Mark Patonyi chose Edinburgh as the location of his first solo venture, our pub and restaurant PR experts were on site to bring the vibrant launch event straight to headlines.
Located in Newhaven’s former fish market building, Pier Brasserie first underwent a £100K renovation. Our PR video experts were keen to animate the transformation for Mark’s target audiences.
Using our years of experience, we drew attention to the site’s interior design which contrasts natural tones and exposed materials with the restaurant’s dramatic views across the Forth.
These views can be enjoyed by guests as they sit back and relax in Pier Brasserie’s indoor and outdoor seating areas, which is why we wanted to transport audiences virtually to this unique dining experience and offer them a sense of the restaurant’s ambience.
We ensured our high-quality video footage also captured the spaciousness of the site, which can host in excess of 70 guests.
The restaurant was buzzing on launch night and we demonstrated the versatility of the generous space through expert visuals, capturing the buzz for the media.
The results captured the media’s imagination and produced excellent coverage for Pier Brasserie.
