US Kids Golf on Austrian News WebsiteAustria Today Publications has published a release on the latest news from the US Kids Golf Championship.

The online forum – which offers daily coverage of Austrian politics, business, culture, sports and general news – ran a story about a fresh appeal for Austrian applicants to the tournament.

Under the headline “Young Austrian golfers urged to test their game at Junior ´Open´ in Scotland” the news piece details how competitors from the continent are still being sought for this year’s tournament, which has been heralded as the junior equivalent of the Open championship for the golfing stars of tomorrow.

The tournament – which will be held in East Lothian in June – will see hundreds of the world’s best young players battle it out on the links for the title of European Champion.

Many of the youngsters have been widely-tipped to become the next generation of professional golfers, meaning the standard of play at the event is expected to be extremely high.

The coverage was secured thanks to a PR and social media campaign carried out by Edinburgh public relations agency the Holyrood Partnership.
