04 APR The ScotsmanThe U.S. Kids Golf European Championships have gained further coverage on the launch of their 6th annual tournament. 

The event, for five to eighteen-year-olds, is being held in East Lothian and will attract more than 500 players from around the world. The top finishers will then go on to compete at Luffness New in the Van Horn Cup, modeled on the Ryder Cup.

U.S. Kids Golf Foundation launched in 2001 to provide opportunities for children across the world to learn and play golf and to forge new friendships. The European Championships have now became Europe’s most prestigious junior title.
