Edinburgh PR Agency, Holyrood PR, Scores a perfect 10
The past month has left our PR experts at Holyrood PR on the edge of their seat.

Since June Holyrood PR have been anxiously waiting for the announcement of the shortlist for the CIPR PRide Scotland Awards 2017. The Pride Awards is a highlight event in the calendars of public relations teams up and down the country.

And besides coming away with a full belly of copious amounts of celebratory drinks. for the past thirteen years Holyrood PR have returned with awards for the PR campaigns made for our clients.

2017 has seen a lot exciting stories coming our way from clients across various sectors – from business protection organisation, the Scottish Business Resilience Centre, the newly named Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity, to ice cream and luxury food makers, Mackie’s of Scotland. Out of ten submissions put forward, we were ecstatic to have been shortlisted for all ten including Outstanding agency and young communicator of the year.

To find out all the categories we’ve been shortlisted for, read our blog here.

Peter Boyd from Scottish PR Agency

At Holyrood we know the clients we take on are at the top of their game, but it’s not always the case that the media share our view as they start out.

We take those businesses and given them the platform they deserve, going toe-to-toe with the biggest companies and firms in the world in print and online.

Boyd Legal’s recent expansion has seen them to from strength to strength, tackling a move to the capital and punching upwards.

At the helm, director Peter Boyd has decade’s legal experience and provides valuable expertise, second to none, on a daily basis.

This wasn’t lost on us and we succeeded in putting this growing firm alongside Scotland’s heaviest hitters in the biggest titles, that you can see for yourself in our media coverage report.

We set up opportunities for Boyd Legal to position them in the country’s biggest and most trusted titles as leaders in their sector with great results. If you would like to learn how to be a thought leader in your industry, check out this blog with our tips to get you started.

Hope and her Mum pose for Scottish PR story

A BRAVE girl from Alloa who was born without hip sockets, recently signed up to run a 5k Fun Run in aid of Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity.

Hope Gilmour was originally born without hip sockets and her family were told it would be unlikely that she would ever be able to walk properly. Determined Hope, however, has since made a full recovery even signing up to run a charity fun run this month in aid of ECHC.

We thought this story was too good not to share and made sure we spread the news of Hope’s amazing resilience across the the local media. Check out where the story reached in our media coverage report.
