The innovative underwater cleaning division at Panton McLeod has been celebrating after securing a prestigious piece of coverage in water industry journal Water Active.

The magazine, which is read by workers and managers throughout the UK water industry, has published a feature in its latest issue on Panton McLeod’s underwater robots following a recent cleaning job in Dunoon.

The firm was contracted to clean a series of service reservoirs in the Dunoon area with the VR600 robot – ensuring that customers did not face any disruption to thei supplies. By using the innovative machine, Panton McLeod were able to clean the reservoirs while they were still active, rather than having to drain the tanks and cut of supplies to tens of thousands of households in the area.

The coverage is the latest PR success for Panton McLeod and follows a high profile mention on Bristol Water’s website regarding a recent demonstration of the robots that was performed in the Bristol region.
