Scotland’s most unusual chippy – the Tower in Penicuik – has received a major piece of coverage in one of Scotland’s national newspapers.
The Scottish Daily Mail reported on how the Tower was offering the most unusual fish supper in Scotland – with breaded brocolli and sea bass replacing the standard cod and chips on the menu.
The Tower has unveiled the gourmet items on its new menu, which it says are among the healthiest food on offer at any chip shop in Scotland. Manager Domenico Pia said the concept behind the venture was to encourage people to be healthier whilst still enjoying popular take away food.
The article in the Scottish Daily Mail was the result of a sustained PR in Scotland campaign by the Holyrood PR.
