DELIGHTED Joey Medrington, a member of the expert bar team at Tigerlily in Edinburgh, is on course to land yet another accolade for the award-winning hotel.

Joey has earned further headlines for the venue, after winning the Edinburgh heats of an important cocktail-making competition.

The 42Below Vodka Cocktail World Cup is now in its fifth year, and the latest qualifying rounds have featured in entertainments and events guide, The List.

According to the influential magazine’s website Joey, “created an exquisite revamp of the Moscow Mule, blending pineapple juice, ginger beer, lime and egg whites with honey vodka”.
