GROUNDBREAKING go-to venue, Tigerlily, grabbed the attention of the media after it welcomed one of Hollywood’s most famous actors, George Clooney.
After arriving in the capital his team announced the star himself would be dining at the recently refurbished and upmarket George Street venue.
Lucky diners get the chance to rub shoulders with Clooney after management at Tigerlily refused to cancel bookings that clashed with his surprise appearance.
On top of which three local waitresses became the talk of the town as they had the honour of being up close and personal with the Hollywood superstar, ensuring his visit was one to remember.
The A-lister gave the thumbs up to his first taste of Scotland after he tucked into a Scottish-themed five course lunch with 25 specially selected guests.
