Innovative online gift service, You Are A… has been given the seal of approval by The Sun.

Scotland’s biggest selling daily paper reported on the business, set up by Borders-based Charlotte Waugh, under the headline: The Poo-fect Present.

The mother of three set up the web business after hitting on the idea of offering beautifully packaged droppings as a cheeky alternative to more traditional presents.

Customers who log onto www.youarea.co.uk can choose from a “Nice”  range of gifts, including chocolate, jewellery and lingerie.

However, a series of hilarious alternatives from the “Nasty” range included vacuum-packed cowpats, horse manure and dog droppinngs – priced from £18.99 £24.99 including full postal and packaging.

Gifts from either range can be ordered in five easy clicks taking just a few minutes. Customers can also personalise the message and have their chosen gift box posted anywhere in the UK.
