A Generous Serving of Scottish PR for The Glasshouse off the Mile
The Glasshouse off the Mile has been recommended by a journalist who listed three restaurants to try in Scotland.
In The Scotsman magazine, editor Gaby Soutar named the restaurant – owned by Steven Adair – as a place to visit in the capital.
The piece, which also details the venue address, phone number and website, states that it’s Steven’s “new venture” and to “expect classics such as smoked haddock risotto with poached egg and parmesan”.
Executive head chef Steven Adair has run The Glasshouse Off The Mile since February which is located on St Giles Street and provides a mouth watering selection of traditional Scottish dishes made from the highest quality local produce, created by renowned chef Steven himself.
