Holyrood PR has been cooking up a storm with The Glasshouse, Edinburgh.
Acclaimed chef Steven Adair has been featured in the Edinburgh Herald and Post, giving his support to the Future Chef competition – an initiative that helps young people across the UK learn to cook.
Steven has been assisting pupils from Liberton High School for the last eight years, and in the run up to this years competition he threw out the challenge to schools across Edinbugh and the Lothians to get registered.
Since opening in February this year The Glasshouse and head chef Steven have developed a reputation for outstanding contemporary cuisine and dedication to high quality Scottish ingredients. Prior to coming to the new restaurant on St Giles Street, Edinburgh, Steven ran the award winning The Glasshouse at Eskmills and in the last eight months his new venture has gone from strength to strength.
