HAVmeter, PR ScotlandHAVmeter makes PR Scotland vibrations with headlines in Edinburgh daily.

The Edinburgh Evening News has featured an article on how the HAVmeter technology developed by vibration experts Reactec have been used to help reduce the effects that vibrations can have on users of a wide range of construction equipment.

Specifically the machines are helping workers at Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Park, manage the risks of developing Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) whilst working with vibrating power tools and equipment.

Commonly known as ‘vibration white finger’ the disease can result in damage to the nerves and blood loss to the hand.
