Tech PR Makes the Most of SBRC’s Industry Expertise
CYBER security is vital for the health of Scotland’s businesses and economy, so when our clients the Scottish Business Resilience Centre (SBRC) find a flaw with peoples connectivity we are eager to make sure their advice gets out there.
Half of all websites do not currently offer a secure portal for user information and that is an issue.
The HTTPS prefix could potential save pain and losses for a huge chunk of the Scottish public so we crafted a press release and ensured that we hit the press who could get SBRC’s message in front of web-users.
Highlighting the issues and giving advice we were able to pitch this story to titles across the country and achieved remarkable success.
All in all we were able to secure:
- 27 hits in all titles
- Headlines in Scotland’s respected local and regional news sources
- More than 81,000 opportunities to see the SBRC
- The story ran as far afield and Hawick and Stornoway
- Pick up in the likes of Fife Today, Southern Reporter, Paisley Gazette and Inverurie Herald
A coverage haul like this can make a real difference – ensuring your story is heard and even leading to contracts, partnerships and sales – so we were delighted to, once more, give SBRC the limelight.
