on behalf of U.S. Kids Golf European Championship
Golfing prodigies from Surrey have been hailed by their local newspaper – for their part in making the U.S. Kids Golf European Championship a resounding success.
The Streatham Guardian has reported how the golfing stars of the future fared at the prestigious junior tournament, held annually across five challenging links courses in East Lothian, Scotland.
The paper also carried a photo of Samantha Fuller, nine, and younger sister Annabel, who both took part. Samantha, from Kingston, was first in the girls’ nine years section, while fellow Surrey schoolgirl Martha Lewis, from Weighbridge, claimed third spot.
Meanwhile Inci Mehmet from Richmond in the English county, was second in the girls’ 12 years section.
The full article is available at Streatham Guardian online and is part of the enormous media interest generated by Holyrood PR PR in Scotland for the U.S. Kids Golf European Championship.
