Water quality engineering expert Panton McLeod has received another SCOTTISH PR boost after being featured in a leading water industry journal.
Water Active, which is read by senior figures in the UK drinking water industry, reported on how Panton McLeod had encountered an unusual problem in a recent cleaning project – tonnes of freshwater mussel shells.
The firm was called to clean a storage tank at a water works in Leamingston Spa for Severn Trent Water when it discovered the unusual blockage. A team of engineers used shovels and specialist pumping equipment to remove the shells before the facility could be properly cleaned.
The coverage that appeared in Water Active was the result of a sustained Scottish PR and social media strategy maintained by the Holyrood PR.
