The prestigious site – which is the online news portal of the Residential Landlords Association – reported on how Braemore has highlighted the current market conditions as the best time for landlords to start attracting students who are looking to commit to an annual lease.

Braemore Property Management, which has more than 850 properties on its books worth in excess of £250 million, highlighted that students are among the best tenants for landlords to consider, as they have UK-based guarantors and are willing to sign up to year-long leases. The firm also said that students are willing to pay a reasonable price for a good place to live and were generally not considered to be “bad” tenants.
