Edinburgh PR agency experts shared Paths for All’s take on an encouraging government study, showing Scots are walking more than ever before.

The Scottish Household Survey, was a positive sign for the charity who champion the benefits of walking on physical, mental and social health.

It found that 82% of adults had walked for at least 30 minutes in the four weeks leading up to the survey with participants ranging across a large number of ages, backgrounds, abilities, and genders.

Paths for All were delighted to see participation in physical activity remain high across all groups and were keen to share this with the media generating fantastic results including:
