An innovative property initiative set up by the ELPG group has been featured in Edinburgh’s local evening newspaper.
The Evening News ran a full-page article on the ELPG’s Spring Sales initiative, which has helped spark more than £6 million worth of property sales across the Capital.
The scheme, which was set up in January, offers buyers the chance to secure a dream home at a bargain price. Selected homes advertised in the ELPG guide have been put up for sale at cut-down prices – with some now on offer for up to £100,000 cheaper than they were originally marketed for.
The ELPG group, which is made up of Warners, Neilsons, Drummond Miller, Leslie Deans & Co and the Lints Partnership, says that the initiative has helped to spark more than 40 property sales in recent months – and has highlighted that the scheme is helping the Scottish property market recover from its former slump.
