THE LAUNCH of Eagle Courier’s new airline bagging service was a high flyer thanks to an Edinburgh PR agency.

As many baggage repatriation firms grounded to a halt during the pandemic, Eagle Couriers used this opportunity to identify a UK-wide gap in the industry- an airline baggage repatriation courier.

The launch of the firm – dubbed Eagle Aviation – has been a great success bringing on impressive clients including Emirates, Jet2, Virgin Atlantic, Loganair, Etihad, and Ryanair as they handle and return more than 350,000 bags per year.

We spoke with Eagle Aviation Operations Manager, Samuel Milne, to find out more about the challenges of launching a new division during the pandemic and to gain more insight in to some of the impressive milestones Eagle Aviation have achieved so far.
