Artistic Dorothy McDermott, 92, has found a host or creative outlets at Edinburgh’s most exclusive care home, Cramond Residence. The former silversmith spent her life painting, making jewellery an designing clothes. Now her colourful bead bowls, made during lockdown, have proved a hit.
She first started exploring her artistic side as a Second World War evacuee.
