CRAMOND RESIDENCE revealed a state-of-the-art decontamination laundry service where each employee receives three sets of work clothes, which get professionally washed after each shift, along with a pair of Sketchers trainers kept and cleaned on the premises.

Social Care PR Experts at Holyrood PR shared the story with the media, achieving some major hits.

Highlights included:

  • 262,535 opportunities to see and 10 items of coverage
  • An impressive national feature in The Herald, which showcased Cramond Residence’s commitment to minimising risk to its staff and residents
  • Coverage in prime Edinburgh publications – The Edinburgh Reporter and North Edinburgh News
  • Social mentions from regional, local and national titles reaching people digitally across Scotland

Holyrood PR helped Cramond Residence achieve results that put them on the map when it comes to those who might be considering a care home, and ensures residents and their families that the care home is doing everything to minimise contamination or risk to residents, visitors and staff.

This story achieved amazing results which help put Cramond Residence and their news in front of the correct people – current residents, family members and potential customers.

Since opening in 2018, specialist Miele appliances have been used to accommodate eco-friendly elements for washing, drying and ironing from water reduction to shorter cycles.

Cramond Residence’s substantial investment into the cleaning service deserved some serious praise and recognition from press.

We worked with team at Cramond Residence to package this story into a creative and newsworthy press release – ensuring the care home’s innovation and dedication to its high standards of care and cleanliness didn’t go unnoticed by its target audiences.

The care home was purpose built and when it was being designed, infection control was a top priority and bosses worked with architects at every stage to include the most up-to-date best practice.
