PR in Edinburgh for legal firm.
The Capital’s top property solicitor has celebrated another glowing piece of coverage on STV after revealing its most recent high-end property for sale in Edinburgh.
Warners has put a duplex apartment in South Queensferry on the market at offers around £430,000 – and is expecting a flood of interest from Scottish rock fans, as the property is the former home of Simple Minds front man Jim Kerr.
The rocker lived in Bridge House, in South Queensferry, in the late 1980s with his then-wife Chrissie Hynde, the lead singer of The Pretenders. The property was one of a number of high profile celebrity homes in the Victorian mansion – which included a flat owned by multi-world champion winning snooker player Stephen Hendry.
The details of the property can be found on the Warners website, while the article can be viewed on the STV Edinburgh site. Warners received the glowing coverage thanks to the PR in Scotland expertise of the Holyrood PR.
