Signs of Property Upturn Earn Important PR in Edinburgh for Warners

The Evening News reaches more than 150,000 every day in the Edinburgh and Lothians – the exract area covered by Warners Solictiors and Estate Agents.

Now the well-thumbed local title has given prominence to a story about how Warners was bucking the downturn by recording high sales figures over the past month.

The firm, which is the number one solicitor in terms of property sales and listings in the ESPC, recorded an average of 14 sales per week over the past five weeks. Estate agency partner Scott Brown said that although the figures were still down on their peak values from 2007, they still showed that there were positive signs ahead for the Capital’s property market.
