on behalf of U.S. Kids Golf European Championship
Aspiring golfer Sam Gwilliams has helped raise the profile of the U.S Kids Golf European Championships after his success made headlines in his home town newspaper.
The seven-year-old was one of the success-stories at the annual tournament, which is held in East Lothian, Scotland.
After competing against tennis star Anna Kournikova’s younger brother in his age group, Sam excelled and won an invitation to play at a famed course in the US.
The Shropshire Star newspaper has reported how the schoolboy will now play in the U.S. Kids Golf World Championships at the Pinehurst course in North Carolina, which will be the venue for the 2014 US Open.
The full article can be viewed at the Shropshire Star website.
The coverage was achieved as part of the ongoing PR campaign by the Holyrood Partnership on behalf of US Kids Golf.
