Scribbler Hits Headlines Thanks to Scotland PR Drive

Sharp-witted card chain ScribblerEvening Times Article has scored a local media hit with a page lead in the Evening Times.

The Glasgow-based tabloid reported on the opening of the £6.5million greetings card group’s second Scottish store.

The paper reported that the chain, which is already a well-established name south of the border, hoped to appeal to the infamous Glasgow patter.

With the headline “Humour US” the newspaper was quick to see the joke with the card shop’s “risqué and humorous cards”. The latest Glasgow launch follows hot on the heels of a successful opening of Scribbler’s Edinburgh store this summer.

Edinburgh experts in media relations, Holyrood PR have steered Scribbler’s Scottish launches on a good course to date – and witty offerings from the card company can be read on Twitter.
