Citylets has gained the coverage on the Scottish Housing News website thanks to its predictions that the rental market would stabilise as we move into 2010.
The property rental portal predicted that, although rental rates have dropped in the last quarter compared to a comparison of the previous period last year, the situation would soon stabilise and landlords could enjoy a more buoyant market next year.
With the headline: “RENTS SIGNAL RETURN TO STABILITY IN RENTAL MARKET” Citylets’ Thomas Ashdown was quoted as saying he believed the market had reached the bottom of the curve.
He was also quoted as saying: “Across Scotland, rents are down but they are no worse than what they were in Quarter Two, providing yet more evidence of the stabilisation trend.”
