The U.S. Kids Golf European Championship has received another piece of high profile coverage in the English regional media.

The Plymouth Herald ran an article previewing the prestigious tournament which featured young golfers Niall Hutton from Saltash and George Guillermo Leigh, from Padstow, who are competeing at the event.

The youngsters will join around 500 players from across the globe at the tournament, which is one of the highlights of the junior golf calendar. The event, now in its third year, is being staged in East Lothian in June and young players will battle it out for places at this summer’s U.S. Kids Golf World Championships at Pinehurst.
