A leading Scottish newspaper explained that rents north of the border may have “bottomed out”.
The Scotsman referred to the latest quarterly report from rental website Citylets, which reported that the average rent in Scotland fell by 3.4 per cent year-on-year to £640 per month in the July to September period.
Thomas Ashdown, who runs Citylets, told the newspaper: “Across Scotland, rents are down but they are no worse than what they were in quarter two, providing yet more evidence of the stabilisation trend.”

Citylets uses the services of public relations experts Holyrood PR, PR in Scotland, to gain coverage for their quarterly reports.
