Scotland’s top workplace design company enjoys a PR boost with headlines in the national press.
Results for the year to the end June 2010 show the company delivered an impressive performance despite the recession to achieve revenues of £16.1m, only fractionally down on 2009’s figure of £16.4m. The results mark the culmination of another successful year for Space Solutions, which has seen the firm jump more than 100 positions to 70th on the Insider SME 300 list – one of Scotland’s top business indicators.

Space Solutions was featured in the latest issue of Roustabout Energy International, which reported on the firm’s latest relocation project with one of the world’s top subsea engineering firms.
A team experts from Space Solutions helped move staff from engineering giant Neptune’s offices across Aberdeen and North East Scotland to a new bespoke base in the city’s West End. The move has been prompted by a number of recent business wins for the company and will bring all of Neptune’s staff in the region under the same roof for the first time.

Eco Friend News reported on the latest recycling drive at the firm, which has seen it install a state of the art packaging amchine to cut its waste disposal costs.
The £100,000 drive is expected to save Space Solutions tens of thousands of pounds in annual waste disposal costs and improve the company’s green credentials. The firm is also offering free uplifts of recyclable material to neighbouring firms near its central relocations hub in Livingston.
