The national newspaper reported on a claim by Warners that closing dates are beginning to return to the Scottish property market – which has been highlighted as the latest promising sign for house prices.

Scott Brown, Estate Agency Partner at Warners, said that the firm had set three closing dates on properties in recent weeks, as they had attracted multiple bids from buyers. He added that the trend was promising and many solicitors would be cautiously optimistic about the future of the property market.
