Scotsman Coverage for Warners Home Reports Review

Scotland’s PR experts the Holyrood Partnership have secured another major success for Warners after the firm’s views about Home Reports were featured in The Scotsman.
The national broadsheet ran a double page spread that reviewed the impact of the Home Report legislation, which came into effect last year. Under the legislation, all properties being put onto the market now have a Home Report attached to them, which includes a valuation, survey and energy performance certificate.
Warners’ Estate Agency Partner Scott Brown said that the reports had proved beneficial for sellers in Scotland, as buyers are more willing to choose a property which has a Home Report over one that doesn’t. He also said that the reports meant that many sellers were now being more realistic about the price they expected for their properties – which was helping encourage activity in the market.
The full story appeared in The Scotsman and was as a result of a campaign carried out by Scottish PR experts the Holyrood Partnership.
