Roman Arena For Restaurant’s Water Poll – Thanks to successful PR in Scotland

Vittoria and La Favorita Blog

The Roman ForumAn influentail website dedicated to showcasting the best of life in Rome and the rest of Italy has featured a story about Edinburgh’s Vittoria restaurant.

The Roman Forum website carried a report and photographs after the renowned Scottish restaurant asked customers to vote on the water to be served with meals.

Votes cast by diners will decide whether Vittorias continues to stock bottled Acqua Panna, which imported from the Apennines mountains in Tuscany – or whether the restuarant should offer only humble Scottish tap water.

Restaurant boss Tony Crolla, who has branches of Vittoria on Leith Walk and George IV Bridge, was undecided on the issue, so is now asking customers to help make the choice.

Public relations experts Holyrood PR, a leading PR agency in Scotland, helped the restaurante achieve widespread coverage for its poll.
