A recent rise in sales at Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has been published in Scottish law magazine The Journal.
The publication, which is read by senior law professionals and estate agents across the country, ran a feature about how property sales figures at Warners had doubled over the past month.
The firm, which is the leading solicitor in the ESPC, saw weekly property sales rise to double figures in March – up from a low of four or five per week in January. The firm also experienced two consecutive weeks where sales were in double figures – the first time in 2009 that this has happened.
