New research by Citylets has shown that average monthly rent prices in Edinburgh has risen over the past twelve months. Experts at the firm said the figures showed tenants were paying around £820 per month to land-lords – a 3.4 per cent increase on the previous year. The Quarterly report also detailed that there is no sign of demand for rental properties slowing down.
News of this research was highlighted in local newspaper, Edinburgh Evening News. Printed on a daily basis with the exception of Sundays, the paper is one of Edinburgh’s best-loved news sources with an estimated circulation figure of 32,160.
